I have been teaching Pilates in Penarth for over 12 years, offering One to One Pilates sessions in a private Studio, or in a small class environment during the evenings throughout the week. Pilates class numbers have a maximum of 12, keeping a more professional approach. You can start with our 5 week beginner Pilates course on a One to One or in a small class.
Pilates promotes correct posture and breathing, enhancing mobility and stability throughout the body and compliments any exercise routine. Whilst improving posture, you will also build your body's core strength through a series of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.
Pilates is suitable for everyone including pre and post natal women, those new to exercise or returning from injury, those looking to improve performance or simply to relieve stress and tension.
